Choosing to make the candles using soy wax was an easy decision. Soya beans are a renewable source and the wax is naturally bio-degradable, so it is really is an eco-friendly product.
Aside from it's excellent environmental qualities, it is a really lovely product to work with - smooth and creamy, it also smells good in it natural state. Soy wax has excellent fragrance holding qualities whether your candle is lit or not. It burns very slowly, which means that your candle will have a generous burn time.
Essential oils and high quality fragrance are added to the 100% natural soy wax. The wicks are also 100% natural and are designed specifically to burn best in soy wax candles. However, natural cotton wicks will smoke if not burned properly or if the wicks are never trimmed. Therefore to get the most out of your candles, please remember to trim the wick before each use.
Also, candles made of paraffin wax can produce petrol carbon soot and release toxic carcinogens in to the air.
