DELIVERY & RETURNS 

 

Postage and handling charges are made according to the order being despatched. Small packages cost £3.50 for 2nd class P&P and larger orders cost £8 for P&P. The costs are calculated by weight. The costs are shown at the checkout. 

 

 

All orders placed Monday - Friday will normally be dispatched no later than the next day. Weekend orders will be processed the next working day. 

 

Domestic orders should normally be received within five days and overseas orders within seven to ten days. 

 

 

If for any reason you change your mind you can return your purchase in its original condition complete with packaging for a full refund up to 14 days after purchase, no questions asked. Postage and packagaing cannot be refunded. 

 

Please take care packaging items for return. Return postage is paid by the customer. 

 

 

We take care in shipping your purchase. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and we will either replace the items or arrange a refund as appropriate. 

 

Please contact us within 3 days of arrival if possible.
